Starting January 3rd, 2022 Lakeshore Academy is mandated to require proof of covid vaccination for all patrons 5 years and older. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation.

Starting January 3rd, 2022, Lakeshore Academy is required by Cook County to follow the mandate requiring all patrons ages 5 and over to provide proof of a covid vaccine.
